DartDeck

Terms of Service

Last updated 16 August 2026

These terms are a contract between you and the company that operates Dart Deck. They explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how subscriptions work. Please read the sections on billing and cancellation closely - they affect your money.

1. Who we are

Dart Deck is operated by Sodasoft LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, registered address 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Dart Deck”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. The service

Dart Deck is a platform for darts: scoring and match play, clubs, leagues, tournaments, rankings, news and player analytics. Core features - playing, scoring, joining clubs, and taking part in leagues and tournaments - are free. Certain analytics features require a paid subscription (“Pro”).

We develop the service continuously. Features may be added, changed or removed. If we remove something material that you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is serious - fraud, abuse of other users, attacks on the service - we may do so immediately and without refund.

5. Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you submit: match results, club and competition details, profile information. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating the service - including showing results in league tables, brackets and public rankings, which is the point of a competition platform.

Results that have been officially confirmed in a league or tournament form part of the competition record. We may retain and display them even if you later delete your account, because other participants' standings depend on them. Where we do, we will disassociate them from your personal profile on request.

6. Competitions run by others

Clubs, leagues, tournaments and federations on Dart Deck are organised by their own organisers, not by us. We provide the tools. Entry fees, prizes, eligibility, discipline and the sporting rules of any competition are the organiser's responsibility, and any dispute about them is between you and that organiser.

7. Subscriptions, prices and renewal

PlanPriceBilling
Pro - monthly€2.99Every month, until cancelled
Pro - yearly€29.99Every 12 months, until cancelled

8. Your right to cancel (EU/EEA and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you normally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw and get a full refund, without giving a reason.

Because Pro unlocks immediately, at checkout you ask us to begin supplying the digital service straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has begun. Regardless of that, our own refund policy is more generous than the law requires - see the Refund Policy.

9. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your use of Stripe's checkout is also subject to Stripe's own terms. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

10. Availability

We work to keep Dart Deck available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we may impose reasonable technical limits to keep it running for everyone.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Except where the law says otherwise, the service is provided “as is”. Statistics, averages, ratings and rankings are calculated from data submitted by users and are provided for interest - we do not warrant their accuracy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or the outcome of any competition.

12. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Dart Deck and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or discontinue the service entirely with reasonable notice - if we do so while you have paid time remaining, we will refund the unused part.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you may cancel.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings there.

EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
